Arnot Health, in association with the University of Rochester Medical Center (URMC) Department of Neurosciences, is recruiting for an outpatient neurologist to provide care to patients of the Twin Tiers region of Upstate NY and Northeastern PA at the Arnot Medical Services Neurology Practice in Horseheads, NY.  The successful candidate will have the opportunity to join URMC’s regional multi–specialty Neuromedicine program (Southern Tier Neuromedicine) based in Elmira, and will join a team of URMC Neuromedicine faculty (Neurology & Neurosurgery) who are working collaboratively with Arnot Health to develop an outstanding inpatient and outpatient program to serve patients in the region. The Neurosciences Department is committed to the delivery of comprehensive care for brain and spine disorders, traumatic injuries, lower back disorders and other neurological diseases. Providing a range of diagnostic options, treatment capabilities and a level of skilled, specialty care unavailable elsewhere in the region; this position offers a M-F schedule with 1:4 call responsibility. No evening or night call required. Arnot Health is also affiliated with the Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine and accredited by the American Osteopathic Association. Faculty positions at AOMC and URMC are available. Candidates with a passion for teaching are of special interest.
